What to Expect
I offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can talk openly about the challenges affecting your health and wellbeing. Together, we focus on realistic, manageable changes that help you feel better and function more effectively day to day. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and circumstances.

Your session
The first session focuses on understanding your situation, concerns, and what you hope to achieve from support. We will explore the factors affecting your health and discuss how a health psychology approach may help.
Before the initial consultation, you may be asked to complete a brief questionnaire about your specific concerns. Completing this is entirely optional, but it can help me better understand your needs in advance and allow us to use our session time more effectively.
Ethical Practice
Sessions are confidential and conducted in line with professional ethical standards, including the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) Code of Ethics. Information will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law or if there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.
Personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR. Records are stored securely, used only for professional purposes, and you have the right to access or request corrections to your data.
Disclaimer
Health psychology support focuses on behaviour, lifestyle, and adjustment to health-related challenges. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or specialist mental health treatment. If you have urgent medical or psychological concerns, please contact your GP or appropriate health professional.
