About Me
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Health Psychology, accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and the British Psychological Society (BPS), ensuring that my training meets recognised professional standards within the field. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches that focus on the relationship between mind, behaviour, and physical health.
Alongside my academic training, I have experience working with non-profit organisations, supporting individuals facing complex life circumstances to strengthen motivation, establish sustainable routines, and navigate practical challenges. This work has given me valuable insight into how social and environmental pressures influence health and daily functioning, and it continues to inform my compassionate, person-centred approach.
As a mother of two, I also understand firsthand how competing responsibilities, limited time, and ongoing demands can make it difficult to prioritise your own needs. I am particularly interested in helping people make small, realistic changes that fit into everyday life, especially when they feel exhausted, stretched, or unsure where to start.
